AMD — Akademie Mode & Design

AMD Akademie Mode & Design is a private university for media, design and the creative industries with five campuses in Germany — Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Wiesbaden — plus an online campus. In Munich, AMD trains emerging talent in fashion: its Bachelor offering includes Fashion Design and Mode Design, while the Master programme covers fields such as Fashion Management and Sustainable Design. Teaching takes place in small study groups and relies on partnerships with companies in the sector. At Munich Fashion Week 2026, students and graduates present their work.
